. Can I choose a workspace online?

Of course you can. You can place your office order, sign the rental agreement and pay the fees all on the FUNWORK website.

. What are the procedures for moving in and out?

You need to take the contract and relevant documents to reception to complete moving in procedures. Please complete all moving out work by 6 p.m. on the expiration date of the contract. The community manager will assist you.

. How does office renting work at FUNWORK?

Our workspaces are rented as open office cubicles or individual offices. The monthly rent is paid ten days before the beginning of the month. The minimum tenancy is one month. The deposit is twice the monthly rent, in other words, pay one month's rent together with two months’ rent as deposit at the same time when signing the contract.

. Must all rental agreements take effect from the start of a month?

Once you have chosen your workspace, you may start the contract cycle from any day of the month

. What services are included in the rent?

Office cubicle rent includes basic office services such as property management fees, water and electricity, air-conditioning, Internet use, cleaning, reception, tea and drinking water.

. Can FUNWORK tenants/members have access to cross-region or cross-program FUNWORK office resources?

FUNWORK tenants/members may have access to cross-region or cross-program public spaces, VIP areas and meeting rooms. Beyond the allocated free hours, this will be charged according to the rates set by FUNWORK.

. What company services does FUNWORK provide and how are they charged?

We provide companies with HR, legal, financial, investment, marketing, medical, supervision and startup consultation services. The fees will be depend on the specific service.

. What are the business hours of FUNWORK?

FUNWORK tenants/members may enter the office space 24 hours a day, all year round. Operation staff are onsite 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Air-conditioning operating times are consistent with that of the building in which FUNWORK is located (if air-conditioning is used outside the time period set by the property management company of the building, extra fees have to be paid according to the regulations of the property management company).

. Can my clients visit me in my office? Will it be charged?

Of course they can. But please register all visitor information at reception, so that we can inform you promptly via SMS or mobile app when your client arrives. Users must take responsibility for visitors' actions and behavior. A single visit must not exceed 4 hours.

. If I want to move in, what payment methods do you accept?

Log in to the FUNWORKAPP to pay relevant fees, use bank transfer, or pay by card/QR code onsite. No cash is accepted onsite
