The post-1985-generation founder created an office space with a very simple Zen style together with the original team of MUJIHOTEL
Mr. Huang Tao, the founder & CEO of the project, introduced the history of FUNWORK's development in the past three years and his original aspiration of establishing the FUNWORK brand. He said that in recent years, with the continuous development of new trends, such as the sharing economy and the upgrading of mass entrepreneurship and innovation under the background of “Internet+”, the proportion of decentralized, mobile and independent workers has increased sharply. Therefore, the office space concept featuring flexible, convenient, high-end, intelligent, environmentally friendly, open and innovative styles is increasingly recognized by the industry, and the co-working mode is gradually becoming more popular. “The ideal office space should be simple, natural, quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle. Our vision is to bring the best office experience to our customers.” It is one of the major reasons why we cooperate with Mr. Fumio Kajiwara.
Mr. Fumio Kajiwara from Japan is the Chairman of UDS Ltd., an internationally renowned design team. He was in charge of the design and operation of MUJIHOTEL (Beijing). The FUNWORK · Shenzhen East Pacific International Center Project was completed by Mr. Fumio Kajiwara together with the original team of MUJIHOTEL (Beijing). Mr. Fumio Kajiwara announced at the press conference that in addition to retaining the simplicity and purity of MUJI, the project also incorporates local elements of Shenzhen, emphasizing the quality and comfort of the office. In contrast to previous co-working spaces, FUNWORK combines the leisureliness and premium feel of a hotel lobby into its design, so that people can find the ideal natural and relaxing space in this busy city. Moreover, natural elements including plants, animals and fruits are incorporated into the environmental setting, so customers can experience an outdoor atmosphere even though they are indoors. Simplicity is luxury in another sense.
